Preet Kaur Hundal
Preet Kaur Hundal takes great honor and care in being your trusted advisor for all your real estate needs. With her sincere focus on fostering enduring connections with every client, Preet’s joy comes from supporting and protecting your dream of homeownership.
A REALTOR® since 2012, Preet aids you in buying or selling your home and shows you how to safeguard your most important investments through her expert guidance and premium services. As she has spent an equal number of years as a property manager, Preet is uniquely qualified to leverage her experience and guide clients as they maximize their ROI through investment properties.
Prior to real estate, Preet worked for various law enforcement agencies where her professionalism and attention to detail were a critical asset to all she served. Preet brings this same dedication to quality and attentiveness to every partnership she maintains in her successful real estate career. Preet ensures every aspect of your transaction is facilitated to perfection and that you are confident and fully equipped with the information you need to make important decisions for your financial future.
A Sacramento area resident since 1995, Preet knows the amenities and lifestyle El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo counties have to offer. Urban-rural, or looking to sprawl, Preet’s knowledge of the diverse communities and distinctive properties will help you find the perfect place to call home.
Preet currently resides in El Dorado County with her husband and three children. Away from real estate, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and archery and aspires to one day become fully self-sufficient from her horticulture practice. Preet is a baptized Sikh and wears a turban, which she calls her crown. Sikhism is the world’s fifth-largest religion. The three golden rules that Sikhs follow are to remember God constantly, earn an honest livelihood, and share their earnings with everyone through charity. Preet also shares her time volunteering as the director of operations for a nonprofit charity that is near and dear to her heart, called Sikh Relief.
